- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of Texas.
- Must have BLS and renew every 2 years prior to expiration.
- ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of employment or sooner if assuming a charge nurse position and renew both every 2 years prior to expiration.
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others
- Demonstrates skills in verbal and written (including fine print) English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional advancement.
- Previous recovery room, ambulatory care, critical care or general nursing experience is preferred.
